I spoke to the receptionist and the director of nursing, and that's all I spoke with. It was well maintained and very clean. I saw the activities area and that was a good size. Our caring staff will take into consideration the needs of your loved ones so they can enjoy loving care, peace of mind, and good quality of life.

My father is in the Advanced Health & Rehab Center of Garland. The facility is really good and he is very happy there. The administration was very good and very helpful.
Right now, they have no shared activities. With Covid, they're limiting activities with any other people. As far as visit, we are allowed to go in and take him out of there to go on trips to go away from there, but you can't go in and visit.

Horrible care under her supervision. I’ve been through 3 Directors she is by far the worst. I would report staff not changing my family or giving her showers and she bold face lied and said say she would take care of it but she would never follow up.
I have to ask to have the room cleaned because if I don’t it won’t get cleaned. A few of the floor nurses are nice but this facility needs a new director of nurses. They never answer the phone when you call to check on your love one and never get a call back when you leave a message. If you want your love one to get descent care I would not recommend this nursing home. They don’t take the time to read the names in the clothes to make sure they are putting the right clothes on your love one body.

She’s in skilled nursing and has a clean, big room. The food has been good, and she’s been eating in her room. The staff is very caring, passionate, and very professional and takes care of her very well. Rockwall is on the outskirts of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.

The few staff members that we met were not the most cheerful. Nothing about it was appealing to my father especially. I wanted to find someplace close that had good therapist so I picked this facility because I thought it was a skilled nursing facility as well as a rehabilitation center. My mother was there for two weeks and I was there every day from 10 o’clock until six or later. They do not allow you to go in before 10 AM.
That’s there for her to play with, and there are some balls on the little table. There are about three or four that they will let come and sit there that are becoming her buddies, even though she can’t talk to them. They’re very conscious of her social needs and her physical needs. They contact me every week for an update on her physical and dietary needs. They update me on all of her needs that are being provided.
